| Description: Fairview Dental was an R.C. Wegman design/build project that was completed in six months. The interior finishes for the project were designed by the Dallas based firm of T.H.E. Design. They are known nation wide for their design of dental facilities.
T.H.E. was impressed by the assertive approach R.C. Wegman took in taking on their design and completing the project with the quality and attention to detail that R.C. Wegman is known for.

Heartland Blood Bank |

| Description: Heartland Blood Center was an 18,000 sq. ft. two story addition to the existing Blood Bank facility. The addition consisted of additional laboratory and testing facilities on the 1st floor and additional office space on the second floor. We also reworked the parking lot by adding approximately 75 additional parking spaces to accommodate this expansion. Heartland is one of the major blood suppliers to hospitals throughout the Chicago land area. All work had to be coordinated without disrupting the normal daily functions at the facility. |
